My Poland clients can choose from a few payment methods:

• • a transfer (a traditional or a fast one serviced by a clearance agent who co-operates with us)

  • a credit card payment: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB (serviced by a clearance agent who co-operates with us)

  • payment on delivery (an on-the-spot payment, available only for purchase delivered in Poland)

Clearance currency

All My Poland transactions are carried out in the Polish currency – PLN. In order to facilitate purchase by foreign Clients, in My Poland we introduced a mechanism of choosing a currency, which allows to check an approximate price in a selected currency ($, EUR, £). The mechanism uses the previous day’s exchange rate of the Polish National Bank when calculating the price. The total transaction amount is calculated according to the market standards relating to on-line clearance, as well as card payments, in accordance with a real currency exchange rate binding at a time of carrying out the transaction. Consequently, the final price can differ from the one quoted approximately.

Clearance agents co-operating with us

My Poland co-operates with two clearance agents who were selected by us due to high safety standards that they provide. All transactions can be carried out by choosing one out of our 2 agents:

• PayPal

• • It possesses the status of the Clearance Agent granted by the Chairman of the National Polish Bank and is subject to the supervision of Financial Supervision Board,

  • It fulfills strict international safety standards of PCI DSS Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (international standards set forth by payment organizations – Visa and MasterCard – in order to protect personal data of card holders and information connected with transactions made by debit cards.),

  • It ensures the highest standard of identity authentication – data transmission on the service pages co-operating with Przelewy24.pl (Transfers24.pl) takes place thanks to the protocol SSL EV (Extended Validation Secure Sockets Layer),

PayPal (Company PayPal Europe S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A, belonging to eBay) is a real time global payment service. Our agent is:

• • One of the payment networks most often used by auction services, among others, eBay

  • It facilitates users to send payments without bearing any charges

  • It possesses a very important license as a Luxemburg credit institution and is subject to the control of the Luxemburg supervision institution, Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (The Financial Sector Supervision Board)

  • It protects users against unauthorized payments sent from the PayPal account without their knowledge about it thanks to a confirmation of each payment and by a e-mail message.
